1. I already have an advertising agency. Can I use them to create my ad images?

YES. You should your own graphic artist or ad agency. Your message must simply meet our specifications in terms of file type, width, height, and resolution to display on our systems.

CREATIVE Digital Signs is not an advertising agency! Agencies bring together an integrated approach to branding that may or may not currently include the digital signage component that we provide. If you are are looking for an agency please let us know. We have a short list of agencies for referral.


2. How does "exclusivity" work?

CREATIVE limits competing ads. For example: if you are a dentist, we restrict advertising to only one other dentist ADVERTISER in your HOST location. If you are a pizza restaurant we allow a maximum of one additional pizza restaurant.

HOST businesses have zero competing ads. For example, if the HOST business is a bank lobby, then no other banks can advertise in your locaion. Art galleries are an exception. So are creative professionals like animators. That is, we allow multiple ads for galleries and creative professionals, unless the gallery/professional is also a HOST location. Restaurants are considered competitive based on the type of food they sell.


3. How are payments handled?

Monthly recurring payments are handled via PayPal. By simplifying our payment system and minimizing administrative overhead we can keep our prices as low as possible.

ADVERTISERS have the option of contracting with CREATIVE for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months. All we require is a 25% deposit paid when you provide your logo and all related content files to us. The balance is paid monthly after your approved advertisement is deployed and running in your HOST business locations.


4. Can I use a credit card to make payments?

YES. PayPal supports secure payments made to CREATIVE directly from your credit card, your bank account, or your PayPal account. If you are not already a member of PayPal, join here.


5. Can I terminate my ad early?

YES. Contracts are cancellable by ADVERTISERS with a 30-day email notice to your authorized CREATIVE representative or agency.


6. What happens if I don't renew before my ad expires?

If you don't renew in time, you may lose your exclusivity position at your HOST location(s).


7. How do I measure the effectiveness of your system?

This works three ways:

First, simply compare your historical “baseline” sales data with sales after you place your ad(s) with CREATIVE.

Second, if you are not already tracking all sources of your sales then you should do so.

Most importantly, our reporting and lead-tracking system is available to all ADVERTISERS and HOSTs as part of our standard services. And we will be adding new capabilities and services as part of our culture of Continuous Process Improvement.


8. How do you “maximize” views?

We began with the observation that many people ignore poorly-designed Digital Signage ads. This is because inexperienced operators do not understand the concepts. As a member of the Digital Signage Federation we know the relationships between monitor placement and size, dwell time, loop time, update frequency other technical parameters required to optimize ads in a given HOST location.

Advanced measurement technologies, where integrated, allow us to measure which ads are the most effective. We have consulted with the very best people in the industry to bring you the latest and most cost-effective technical capabilities and related options available in the industry.


9. Do you turn off sound?

YES. We disable sound from our systems, unless sound is required for the application.


10. I’d like to set up a system without advertising. Can you do this?

YES. Typical examples are Digital Menu Boards in Coffee Shops or Yogurt Shops, and other retail HOST locations looking for ease of making dynamic pricing updates across multiple locations.

11. Are you looking for creative professionals?

YES. We are also looking to fill the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. This person will be responsible for serving and growing our customer base throughout New Mexico, Scottsdale, and Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business (MBA preferred), with experience in Sales, Customer Support, Affiliate Marketing, SEO/Analytics, Social Marketing, and Strategic Business Planning with supervisory experience in at least two of those areas. Technically, you should be capable of using one or more CMS tools, standard MS-Office applications, and have experience with at least one CRM tool. The position requires that he/she is equally comfortable presenting to advertising agencies, local business owners, and negotiating hardware discounts with c-level executives of national accounts. You should be very experienced in mobile/tablet advertising technologies and related vendors. Extra credit if you are or have been involved in sales of digital artwork. It is critical that you are a self-starter capable of recognizing and developing new business opportunities. Up to 30% travel required. This is an equity ownership position.
